The provenance of the food we serve is very important to us at The Blacksmiths. We make every effort to ensure that where possible the produce we use in our kitchen is sourced locally, we even grow our own herbs and salads in our Blacksmiths garden.
What’s more, we have now also started serving our own home-reared pork from the Oxford Sandy and Black pigs on Southend Farm. From delicious sausage dishes to scrumptious pork belly, you can really taste the difference!
