For the third year running, our wonderful Commis Chef Josh is combining his love of football with an opportunity to raise money for his chosen charity TackleAfrica, a charity that uses the power and popularity of football to deliver HIV and sexual health information and services to young people on football pitches across Africa.
Josh and his team will take part in a Football Marathon Tournament, which will see them run roughly 40km across 12 gruelling hours! This is no mean feat and will require plenty of physical and mental stamina.
With a fundraising target set at £1000, we would love to get behind Josh to help him raise awareness and achieve his goal. The money raised will not only show huge support to Josh and his teammates but importantly help to improve countless young lives across sub-Saharan Africa by providing potentially thousands of young people with access to HIV and AIDS education in their community.

Thank you from all at Team Blacksmiths.
